Beautiful Beginnings Residential Care, LLC provides comprehensive residential behavioral health services for adults and youth in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
Our adult residential programs serve individuals age 18 and older, while our youth residential program serves females ages 6 through 17.
Services are individualized based on age, clinical need, treatment goals, level of functioning, and recommendations from the resident’s treatment team.
Behavioral Health Team
Our multidisciplinary behavioral health team works collaboratively to provide consistent, compassionate, and individualized care.

Our goal is to maintain communication and collaboration between the resident, family, clinical team, referral source, and community providers to support long-term stability and successful transition.
Discharge and Transition Planning
Discharge planning begins early in treatment.
Our team works collaboratively with residents and their treatment teams to develop a safe and appropriate transition plan.
Discharge planning may include coordination with:
• Outpatient behavioral health providers
• Intensive outpatient programs
• Partial hospitalization programs
• Adult foster care
